This year, taxpayers have appealed to the “Pulse” only once

Since the beginning of 2015, the anti-corruption service of the State Fiscal Service "Pulse" has received 1 appeal from a taxpayer of Velyky Berezny department of Uzhgorod STI. 

The appeal concerned the problem in the work of the information system "Tax block" which made it impossible to register the report in the presence of the taxpayer and to give him the registration number of the report.

The appeal was properly processed, and the applicant was notified of the result.

The head of Uzhgorod STI Vasyl Patskan notes that using the service "Pulse" taxpayers can quickly, with just one phone call to inform about illegal actions or inaction of employees of the State Fiscal Service and resolve disputes arising in the tax administration.
