This year city officials want to privatize several boiler rooms and the “Chervena Ruzha” (DOCUMENT)

Uzhgorod City Council complemented the list of objects of municipal property to be

privatized in 2013, approved by the decision of the XV session of the City Council of the VI convocation dd. December 28, 2012 № 767 "On the Program of privatization of municipal property of Uzhgorod for 2013-2015 and the list of municipal property objects to be privatized in 2013."

The relevant draft decision to be submitted to the City Council session on August 2, was published on the site of Uzhgorod City Council.

According to the document, in 2013, they intent to sell the premises on Teatralna Square, 9; the nonresidential building (former restaurant "Chervena Ruzha") on the corner of Koryatovich and Fedynets streets and the central heating unit building on Makarenko street – all through foreclosure. Also, several boiler rooms – heating units and the building at Mynaiska st., 23 – through auction.

By the way, the publication of the draft decisions on the site (and currently there are about twenty of them there) is attributed, perhaps, to unwillingness to deal with the prosecution on this matter. Recall that this week, at the press conference of the regional prosecutor Volodymyr Korban, it was stated that the city government do not fulfill the requirements of the law regarding the disclosure of draft decisions on the official site. The prosecutor acknowledged that there are problems…
