This year, almost 19 thousand new jobs have been created in the region

On Tuesday, December 24, the Deputy Governor Mykhailo Popovich conducted a telephone conference with deputy heads of district state administrations, local executive committees on social and economic development of cities and districts.

The agenda included the issues of district state administration, local executive committees implementing measures for the opening and maintenance of the administrative service centers and 
the socio-economic development of regions and cities in the region in January-November of this year.

Regarding the first issue, as of December 20 of the current year, centers for provision of administrative services are operating at Beregovo, Irshava, Svalyava, Tyachiv, Volovets, Rakhiv 
district state administrations and at Beregovo executive committee. At present, all district state administrations and local executive committees have adopted regulatory documents establishing administrative service centers, approved the relevant provisions.

Mykhailo Popovich said that despite a difficult year, thanks to the efforts of the central government, pursuant to orders of the President, we still manage to finish the fiscal year without arrears in wages and pensions. Also, the deputy head of the region drew attention to the necessity to maintain the pace of development of all sectors of the economy.

They also summarized the indicators of the socio-economic development of districts in January-November 2013. Thus, the volume of industrial production in the region is equal to 7.6 billion 
hryvnias; index of agricultural output compared to the same period last year is 103.5%; the volume of agricultural production per capita in the countryside is 5018 UAH.

During the first 11 months of 2013, almost 19 thousand new jobs have been created in the region (the least – in Mizhhirya (270) and Perechyn (426) districts).
