A little bit of history. On Thursday, there was a meeting of the Department of Journalism, where Galina Shumytska raised the issue of the establishment and opening of the Faculty of Journalism, explaining why it was long overdue.

 The department staff unanimously supported the proposition of Galina Shumytska. Today, there was the meeting of the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Philology, which supported the idea of ​​establishing the Faculty of Journalism.
