The wives of the Presidents of Ukraine and Hungary Marina Poroshenko and Anita Herceg will meet in Transcarpathia

As we reported, a charity race in support of the medical center in Transcarpathia will be held in Budapest. The campaign takes place under the patronage of the wife of the President of Hungary, Anita Herceg.

After the finish, a rehabilitation center for orphans, which was built on the territory of the St. Michael family-type children’s home, will be opened there. 

Recently, the relations between Hungary and Ukraine have improved, and negotiations between the leadership of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine and the representatives of the Hungarian community of Transcarpathia are ongoing. Representatives of the Hungarian community will join the working groups to prepare the draft law "On General Secondary Education".
