The International Children’s Day in the Center "Way of Life" is always a joyful and anticipated holiday. Children and staff prepare for it in advance, plan whom to invite to the celebration. And the Center has many friends, so the celebrations lasted all day.
In the morning, the most honorable guests came – Uzhgorod Mayor Bohdan Andriyiv with deputies, representatives of the "Rotary-Uzhgorod", City Department of Social Protection and others. Another very important event for the "Way of Life" was timed to the Children’s Day: the opening of a lift for children in wheelchairs. The symbolic ribbon was cut by Bohdan Andriyv and Rotarian Yaroslav Shafar.
Then, children and adults from the Center went to the school №20, where they took part in the holiday competition "I believe in myself." It brought together teams from departments of the regional center of comprehensive rehabilitation of disabled and handicapped children from 9 districts of the region to compete and just have fun.
As always, an old friend of the "Way of Life" Ali Aliyev invited the children and the staff of the Center for the banquet with delicious food, concert and disco.
After that, the traditional march took place. And then the kids rode the train at Uzhgorod children’s railway, and finally watched a concert on Teatralna Square.
