The court of Transcarpathian region ordered the Road Service to pay 11.3 thousand hryvnias to a driver, whose car was damaged due to poor road repairs.

It is reported that Vasyl Tanchynets from Vynogradiv, Transcarpathian region, sued the Road Service almost a year ago.
On February 7, the Court of Appeal of Transcarpathian region rejected the appeal of the Road Service and upheld the decision of the Vynogradiv District Court to recover pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage caused by damage to a car due to pits on the road.
In total, the driver is to be paed 11,341 hryvnias.
