The trial in the high-profile case of the murder of a border guard Major Vadim Berezensky has just finished.

As Uzhgorod.in predicted, a pre-trial restraint in the form of detention without the right of bail was imposed on the suspect.

The validity term of the investigating judge’s ruling is 60 days.

According to various media, the suspect, who gave himself in to law enforcement officers, is a 34-year-old resident of Rakhiv Ivan Mehey.
