The exhibition "Ukrainian State: the Road to Independence" opened in the lobby of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration. The exhibition was prepared by employees of the State Archives of Transcarpathian region to mark the anniversary of the national holiday.
The exhibition includes copies of documents from the collections of the regional archives which focus on the political process and highlight the main stages of the Ukrainian statehood.
Among the exhibited items, there are copies of archival documents: the order on the name of the Carpathian Rus, the appeal on the approval of the agreement on reunification in 1919, Augustine Voloshin’s appeal to the citizens of Carpatho-Ukraine, a copy of the Act of Independence of Ukraine from 1991, and many others.
The exhibition of copies of archival records in the lobby of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration will be open until September 5.
