The prosecutor’s office proved the guilt of the director of the Transcarpathian Regional Local History Museum

The Transcarpathian Regional Prosecutor’s Office in the Uzhgorod City and District Court proved the guilt of the director of the Transcarpathian Regional Local History Museum named after T. Lehotsky of the Transcarpathian Regional Council in committing an administrative offense related to corruption. 
During the trial, it was proven that during 2019-2020, the official committed repeated acts in conditions of potential and real conflict of interest giving out cash bonuses to a member of his family. 
The prosecutor collected evidence and attached an opinion in accordance with Art. 250 of the Code of Administrative Offenses regarding signs of administrative offenses related to corruption under Parts 1, 2 of Art. 172-7 of CAO (violation of the requirements for the prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest). Agreeing with the well-founded opinion of the prosecutor, the judge found the director of the institution guilty and imposed on him a fine of UAH 3,400, the Press Service of the Transcarpathian Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported.
