The urban cadastre is being implemented in Mukachevo. They plan to create a local system of urban cadastre geospatial data, to develop and implement automated information system of urban cadastre of the city and organize the cadstre information database in accordance with state building codes and regulations.
This will ensure more rational use of land resources, increase revenues to the budget, provides urban planning and investment entities with relevant, comprehensive, reliable information on current urban development regulations, the urban planning value of different areas, their actual condition and use, as well as about changes in real estate in the process of urban planning and investment.
It is proposed to allocate UAH 600 thousand for the Program of establishment and implementation of urban cadastre of Mukachevo in 2016.
