On August 17, at 10:50, Uzhgorod patrol policemen received a call to Volodymyrska street. An unknown citizen was obstructing the activities of employees of the Zakarpathaz.
The man would not respond to the request to stop the offense, instead he began to use pre-made improvised explosive devices "Molotov cocktail". The citizens set fire to flammable mixtures and threw them at the patrol policemen and employees of the Zakarpathaz, the Patrol Police of Uzhgorod and Mukachevo inform.
