The police found a thief, who had stolen almost 10 thousand hryvnia from an Uzhgorod seller

The choice of the pretrial restraint against the suspect in the theft of money from a resident of Uzhgorod. The investigation continues.

Uzhgorod police are investigating the theft of cash in the amount of UAH 9900 thousand from a local seller. The money disappeared from the warehouse of the store where the woman is working.

The police opened a criminal proceeding over the incident under Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Theft).

During the investigation, law enforcement officers identified the suspect in the theft. It was a 27-year-old resident of Uzhgorod, who had previously been prosecuted for theft and robbery.

The investigation continues.
