The police detained armed offenders

Around 4 pm, a crew of patrol policemen received a report of a fight near the stadium in Mukachevo.

Arriving at the scene, the policemen saw at the garages near the stadium a crowd of people, who reported that a few minutes earlier there had been a mass brawl there, which resulted in one of the men being injuried.

A witness of the brawl said that two unknown men were carrying knives. She pointed to the citizens who, in her opinion, were involved in the incident. Seeing the police, the young men rushed to their heels.

Without losing sight of the fugitives, the policemen started to chase them. The policemen also noticed that on the way one of the men threw into the bushes an unknown object – as it turned out later, a syringe filled with a brown liquid looking like a drug. The man would not respond to the request of the policemen to stop, instead he pulled out an object resembling a gun and pointed it at the police officers. But then, he hid the gun and ran on. Thanks to coordinated actions, the patrol policemen caught and detained the citizen.

After examining the surrounding area, the policemen quickly found the other fugitive involved in the fight. The man was hiding in the porch of a house. Both offenders were handed over to the investigative team.

In the bag of one of the young man, they found an object looking like a pistol Fort 12 charged with 13 cartridges and a knife. In the presence of witnesses, investigators seized the evidence.
