The police of the region during the monitoring of compliance with the terms of loan agreement by the employees of the "Nadra" bank, revealed the fact of illegal sale of the property, which was under the bank’s pledge according to the mortgage loan agreement dated 15.03.2007, which was concluded between the bank represented by the former head and the property surety provider, a 73-year-old pensioner from the village of Kushnytsya in Irshava district.
The pensioner, allegedly, pledged the trucks, which in fact do not belong to him. At present, the total amount of debt is 1,035,000 UAH.
