The Parliament increased the monthly assistance to low-income families

The Parliament passed the law №2263 "On amendments to Article 5 of the Law "On state social assistance to low-income families" (on child welfare)".

The corresponding decision was supported by 260 deputies.

By the legislative act, as of April 1, 2015, the amount of state social assistance to low-income families for each child under 13 and from 13 to 18 years shall be increased to 250 UAH and 500 UAH respectively.
