On November 24, 2015, natural gas consumers in Transcarpathian region received additional opportunities to manage their own accounts through the "My Account" service. The new service is available at 104.ua.
Each consumer of natural gas having a personal account opened in their name now has the opportunity to register and use the services of "My Account". With the new service, you can check your current balance, report current meter readings, view payment history, and most importantly, quickly and conveniently pay for gas without leaving home. Payment systems of the "My Account" allow to pay for gas according to international safety standards and ensure a high level of protection of user personal data. So now, all consumers have open access to their data in the database of the company. In addition, using the "My Account" feature, customers of the "Zakarpathaz" have the opportunity to appeal to experts of the gas company with a question, complaint or suggestion, leave comments and make an appointment to the management. All customers’ appeals are forwarded to the contact center, which will provide information on the questions asked. The service is available to all customers free of charge.
Signing-up in the "My Account" takes several minutes. To do this, you must know your own personal account number and the amount of the last payment for gas. Simple and intuitive interface allows the client to quickly understand the functionality of the service and to immediately start using it. The service works with all widely-used browsers.
