The new head of the trade union will be defending rights of Transcarpathian teachers

The Plenum of the Regional Committee of the Education and Science Trade Union was attended by the head of the Department of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of the Regional State Administration Marianna Klyap.

At the plenum, among other issues, they considered organizational matters. The head of the Regional Committee of the Trade Union Vasyl Balazs was dismissed from the position on the basis of his statement. Tetyana Povkhanych, who had worked as the deputy head of the Regional Committee of the Education and Science Trade Union of of Ukraine, was appointed for this position.
