The Ministry of Health explained under what conditions you can cross the border

The Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov stated that the international air service would be restored on June 15, and crossing the Ukrainian state border by car is already allowed, but under the condition of 14-day self-isolation upon return. 
  
He said that when answering the question when the international service, in particular, air and road transportation will be resumed. 
"If you want to go to Belarus or the EU by car, you can do it. Currently, there are no restrictions," – the minister said. 
"If we are talking about air travel, then according to the quarantine plan, which was approved by the government, it will be resumed on June 15," – Stepanov added. 
According to him, all those who will return from an international trip to Ukraine will have to undergo a two-week self-isolation. 
In addition, he said that due to the relaxation of quarantine in the country, sports competitions are already resuming, in particular sporting events with up to 50 people are allowed since May 22. 
However the Ministry of Health can make exceptions. 
He clarified that on May 26, at the request of representatives of the football federation and representatives of the Premier League, the ministry approved the launch of the Premier League championship with the participation of up to 200 people. 
Stepanov stressed that the Ministry of Health has issued clear recommendations on how the event should take place, there will be no fans at the stadiums.
