Transcarpathian regional council did not gather for extraordinary session. This was reported by the journalist Yaroslav Hulan.He said in his facebook: "Members of the Party of Regions ignored the meeting. Volodymyr Zakureny explained that they did not mind, but the previous session is not closed, so the extraordinary session is illegitimate. The Chairman of the Regional Council announced the meeting of the members of all local councils."
