The head of the border guard service department was detained in Transcarpathia (VIDEO)

In Vynogradiv, the Security Service of Ukraine and internal security detained the head of the state border guard service department. 
As I found out from my own sources, the chief of the department of border guard service inspectors "Khyzha" was detained. 
The man was detained for receiving a bribe of 700 U.S. dollars for assisting in the smuggling of goods across the border.
