The first man-made sea has been opened in Transcarpathia (VIDEO)

On July 10, a new water ride was opened in the Kosino Thermal Waters complex – the Sea Wave pool. This is the first man-made sea with artificial waves in Transcarpathia. 
President of the Transcarpathian Tourist Organization Fedir Shandor told us that the Sea Wave is a huge blue bowl. Its length is 90 m, width is 70 m, depth reaches 4 m, and 8 superchargers create artificial sea waves every 15-20 minutes. And they have an effect identical to natural waves. 
Another new feature in the Kosino-thermal is a contact zoo. Roe deers, peacocks, and other animals roam freely in a separate area, they are very friendly to visitors, so you can feed and pet them. 
In addition, hotel and entertainment locations in Kosino were separated to provide better experience for hotel residents, as well as active tourists and guests. So, the water park has a separate entrance, the area is surrounded by an oak grove. Contact zoo, rope park, local gastronomy, sports zone, popular geothermal location, children’s water rides are at guests’ disposal. 
And in 2021, another incredible water ride will open for visitors, as well as new geothermal services of our unique Kosino.
