On April 23, the "Kruk Fest I" – the first major festival of Uzhgorod independent promotion group "Kruk"- will be held in Uzhgorod. The Promotional Group "Kruk" works on DIY-principles, without any genre limitations, and its main goal is to develop Uzhgorod concert activity by inviting underground and off-stream groups.
According to Mykola Maha, the organizer of the "Kruk Fest I", Uzhgorod has been long lacking such musical events as music festivals. However, according to the observations of the organizers and feedback from fans, there is a considerable interest for large concerts. Therefore, the promotional group has decided to organize a festival. The event will be held on April 23, at 17.00, in the club "Outsider."
