The exhibition of amateur artist Svitlana Kremin – about women and for women

Svitlana Kremin has always been fond of art, but started painting only recently – in 2005.   The first exhibition was held in Uzhgorod in 2010. In the same year there were exhibitions in Lviv and Kyiv, and last year – in Slovakia.

The current exhibition of works by the artist in the VOTO art-cafe is timed to the holiday of spring and women and is called "We Can Do It". "Historically, in the course of human evolution, women have always had to fight for their rights. Sometimes they would win, sometimes they would lose. Strict Sharia law in the East and liberal laws of feminism in the West reveal the changing nature of women. But, despite the environment, a woman brings beauty and love, comfort and flourishing around. And no matter how many millennia have passed, no matter how the world has changed, we, women, have been, are and will remain undefeated among the losers. It is the Woman that gave birth to the man. And men dedicate their exploits to us, praise us in poems and songs. This is how it always will be! We, meanwhile, will continue to conquer the world… " – Svitlana Kremin.
