The deputies reallocated 150,000 UAH from the program “Drinking Water” in Uzhgorod to the reconstruction of City Hall

Today, during the regular session of Uzhgorod City Council, they amended the Program of economic and social development of the city in 2013. According to the decision, the expenses for a particular program will be slightly changed.

For example, at the expense of the balance in environmental protection fund, the budget allocations for the implementation of the Programme of Environmental Protection in Uzhgorod for 2012-2015 will be increased by more than 485,000 UAH.

But perhaps the most attention by this decision is paid to utilities: the funds from several other programs will be transferred for their support. Thus, 356,800 UAH are planned to be reallocated to support public utilities from the Program of transfer of dormitories to the community ownership, and almost 1 million hryvnias, by reducing the budget allocations for the Program "Drinking Water". Overall, according to the decision, budget allocations to the program "Drinking water" will be reduced by 2,149,000 UAH, most of which will be used to maintain the utilities and another 150,000 UAH will be spent for the reconstruction of City Hall building.  

By the same decision, it is provided to reallocate 100,000 UAH from the construction of the school in the "Bozdosh" neighbourhood to the construction of a mini-boiler room for the school number 19 and the kindergarten number 42. Also, more than 200,000 UAH, allocated for repair of the surgery department number 1 of the Uzhgorod central city clinical hospital and the overhaul of the gynecological department of the Uzhgorod perinatal center, will be redistributed for reconstruction of the facilities to accommodate the "Pediatric Surgery" department of the hospital and the overhaul of the facilities to accommodate the gynecological department at the Uzhgorod central city clinical hospital.
