According to preliminary data, the current Mayor Stepan Bochkay (self-nominated) has won the election. This was reported by the city election commission after summing up the results from all the polling stations of the city.
Overall, only four candidates were running for the mayor of Vynogradiv, including two representatives of political parties and two self-nominated candidates.

Bochkay Stepan – Self-nominated
Vamoshiy Yosyp – Self-nominated
Palinkash Volodymyr – political party "Svoboda"
