The session of the Court of Appeal in the case of Istvan Tsap has begun. All the parties of the proceeding have come.

Istvan Tsap said that he had not been properly notified of the hearing, he learned about it from the media outlets, and also informed about the waiver of the counsel. In this regard, he asked to postpone the hearing in order to conclude a contract with another defender. Prosecutors did not object. The court granted the request to postpone the hearing on February 10 at 9:00.

Recall that the prosecution will demand to impose on the suspect a pretrial restraint in the form of detention with the possibility of bail in the amount of 800,000 UAH.
