The Consul General of Slovakia in Uzhgorod resigned

Peter Hudik is resigning the post of Consul General of the Slovak Republic in Uzhgorod.
The diplomat has been working on the post for only six months. He says he did it for family-related reasons.
"I filed my resignation for family reasons. If it is approved, it will become effective at the end of May," Hudik himself said, the Mukachevo.net informs with reference to the Slovak publication Sme.sk.
It should be noted that Peter Hudik in the past was a member of the National Council of the Slovak Republic for Smer-SD ("Course – Social Democracy"). He was also the head of the Presov region self-government.
