The company, that built the fence near the “Ukraina”, was denied the additional land

At today’s meeting of the Uzhgorod city council, there was the debate concerning the allocation of additional land to the company, which plans to build on the vacant lot near the department store "Ukraina".There were different versions: that company wants in such a way to raise the capitalization of the land which they plan to sell, they complained that the fence had been there for many years and nothing is being done. And the deputy mayor and city council member Oleksandr Kovacs said that there was the information that, supposedly, the company intended to build a multilevel parking lot and suggested to send the decision for additional review. However, the deputies did not support the request for allocation of the additional land near the department store "Ukraina" and sports complex "Yunist". 51 deputies voted to deny the petition on renewal of the lease.The details of the request see in the draft decision, paragraph 1.3
