The center of Uzhgorod is left without electricity

This morning, one of the central districts of Uzhgorod was suddenly left without electricity.   It was the neighbourhood around Shvabska street, in the left-bank part of the city. Besides residential houses, there are also business centers and government offices there. According to our knowledge, the electricity was cut off because the energy company is replacing the substation.However, for some reason, neither residents of the community, nor tenants of numerous offices on Shvabska street have been warned about the blackout. It seems that energy monopolists will never get rid of old Soviet working methods and never learn to respect their customers.
