The carriers, that will be providing services to Transcarpathians, have been determined

The meeting of the tender committee to determine the carriers for intercity bus routes took place at the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration 
According to the Acting Director of the Housing and Infrastructure Department of the RSA Eduard Malyar, applicants have submitted 32 sets of documents for the tender for passenger transportation on 22 routes in the region. Since some routes were claimed by two or even three carriers, the tender committee determined the winner evaluating the offers using the grade system. According to it, grades were awarded for availability of material and technical resources, necessary personnel (drivers, mechanics, medical personnel), service life of vehicles, for presence or absence of violations of traffic rules by drivers and so on.
Volodymyr Sharkadi, the head of the preventive control sector of the Main Department of the National Police in Transcarpathian region warned carriers about the mandatory daily medical examination of drivers, observance of passenger safety rules by them. In the event of non-compliance, violators will be brought to administrative responsibility, and the transportation organizer may deprive them of the right to service the route in question.

Following the tender, 17 winners were determined, whose offers meet the terms of the tender. After the enactment of the tender committee decision, agreements on the organization of passenger transportation on intercity routes will be concluded with entrepreneurs.
