The car, that was allegedly mined, belonged to Vashchuk’s brother

Yesterday, at 10.45, a resident of Mukachevo – Volodymyr Vashchuk reported to Uzhgorod law enforcement officers that at night, an unknown person hitched a yellow plastic bag to the front left door of his car "Toyota Hatlender", which was parked at Ukrainska street, 21 in Uzhgorod.

Rescuers and police officers found on the roof of the vehicle a yellow plastic bag, which contained two open 0.5 l plastic bottles, with about 300 grams of liquid with a pungent odor of gasoline, a home-made incendiary device, a quartz clock with a battery.   12 people were evacuated from the house number 21 on Ukrainska street. The objects were seized and sent to the forensic research center for examination.
