The Cabinet wants to introduce a one-time declaration of income and property

The Cabinet of Ministers instructed the Ministry of Finance, the State Fiscal Service and the Ministry of Justice by July 1 to examine the need for a one-time declaration of income, property and currency values.

This is stated in the government resolution of March 11, the "UNIAN" wrote.

"To study the need for making changes to the Tax Code of Ukraine on special order of one-time declaration of cash, property and currency values by individuals for further control over expenditures and income of citizens using indirect methods," – the document states.

In addition, the resolution provides for national risk assessment until October 2015, as well as control over formation of the authorized capital of enterprises with funds of unknown origin.

As reported, the Cabinet plans to introduce a one-time ("zero") declaration of income, assets and financial position, obtained, in particular, in violation of the law on taxation of income and foreign exchange regulation.
