Thawing: Learn to jump over puddles (PHOTOFACT)

It has become warmer. It is unknown for how long. But the piles of dirty snow at the edges of Uzhgorod streets have begun to melt rapidly.

As a result, what recently was a more or less clear passage for pedestrians now has turned into some kind of baths for washing shoes in front of the pedestrian crossing. Now, the procedure for street crossing in the city is as follows:

1. Waiting for green light.

2. Focus, jump over the puddle. Not that wide, just 1-1.5 meter.

3. Walk to the mini-pool on the opposite side of the roadway.

4. Make the second jump.

5. Hurray! We have reached the sidewalk.

6. Quickly move away – in case anyone behind you fails to jump far enough and gives you a bit cold and not very clean shower.
