The only place that can satisfy the thirst for water and rest from sun-burning summer remains unchanged for the citizens of Uzhgorod.

A local "Quarry", in spite of the inaccessibility, lack of equipment, loud warnings about the dangers here, continues to attract divers, swimmers and other local people, longing for the expanse of water. On Sunday the heat and the sun sent hundreds of uzhgorod citizens to a well-known and prohibited quarry in search of life-giving water.

Promises  of local authorities about the provision of places for swimming within the city, generously given at the beginning of a swimming season, once again, did not manage to deceive Uzhgorod swimmers. And they are still, choking with dust on the road, risking their lives, diving into untested waters, enjoy the coolness, water, and summer…
