“Talents of large family” were demonstrated in Transcarpathia (PHOTOS)

Children’s contest-festival "Talents of large family" was held in Transcarpathia

On the occasion of the International Day of Family, the Transcarpathian Regional Palace of Children and Youth Creativity "PADIYUN" recently hosted the XII regional contest-festival "Talents of large family", which was attended by about one hundred children from large families from around Transcarpathian region. 

This public art event was held at the initiative of the Department of Social Welfare of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration and the Regional organizational and methodical center of culture.

The festival has become a tradition in our region, demonstrating the best examples of children’s creativity. It is the symbol of revival of cultural and moral family values. Thanks to the festival, they find and support talented children, develop creative skills and abilities in different kinds of art.

This year’s contest-festival was held in the following nominations:

patriotic songs and vocal art, musical performance, artistic performance, choreography, visual and applied arts.

Traditional 1, 2, 3 places were determined in each category. The festival winners were awarded with vouchers to health care institutions in our region. All participants received diplomas for their active participation in the festival and prizes.
