“Street radio” is already being mounted in Uzhgorod. But is it necessary?

Today, on the last day of April, workers began to mount a "street radio" on the pedestrian bridge in Uzhgorod. 

As the website of the City Council informs, the permission was granted for three months. And these speakers are "street radio that will be broadcasting radio programs based on information from local newspapers, announcements of local government, the press center of ATO, important interviews and weather forecasts."
