Starting today, driver have to always have headlights on

The traffic rules requirement is mandatory at any time of the day 
The Patrol police of Transcarpathian region reminded about the requirement of the traffic rules, which comes into effect on October 1.
Thus, from 1 October to 1 May, daytime running lights or, in the absence thereof, dipped beam headlamps must be switched on on all vehicles when driving outside settlements. This traffic rules requirement is mandatory at any time of the day.
