Soul of the city will dwell in Uzhgorod again. According to the Zelene Zakarpattya, next week they will start raising funds for the monument to the favorite Uzhgorod dog. Currently, the initiators are organizing a transparent and most effective way to raise money for the sculpture, which will be created by Mykhailo Kolodko.
