“Smart” bus stops with “Wi-Fi” and USB-ports will be built in Uzhgorod

The draft decision "On establishment of public transport stops" will be considered at the next meeting of the executive committee of Uzhgorod city council.

The project, in particular, suggests: "To grant the "Dozor Ukraina" LLC the permit to establish public transport stops in Uzhhorod at: Cyril and Methodius square (near the Cathedral of Christ the Savior); Svoboda Avenue (near the house number 2); Svoboda Avenue (near the house number 3); Mynaiska street (near the house number 4); Fedynets street (near the house number 26a); Poshtova square".

Recently, the "Dozor Ukraina" LLC presented projects of new stops for public transport in Rivne, Chernihiv and Mykolayiv. "Smart" stops are equipped with a board that shows when a bus arrives, access to Wi-Fi network, USB-ports to charge phones.

The meeting of the executive committee, at which the draft decision is to be reviewed, will take place on Wednesday, March 22.
