The temperature on the mountain passes: Latirsky (-10 °), Abransky (-8 °) Yablunetsky (-6 °), Uzhotsky (-8 °), Torunsky (-14 °).

Pavement on the roads of national, regional and local levels is wet, sometimes covered with snow, traffic is free.
