Squally storm and hail swept over central and eastern Hungary. In particular, in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg region, the rain started suddenly and flooded many streets, the Mukachevo.net informs.
Near the village of Csaroda, a huge oak branch fell on the road, which caused congestion. Firefighters arrived and cleared the road using chainsaws. Because of rain, several houses were flooded in the village of Kalossemjen. Rescuers came from Nyíregyháza to pump out the water. Nobody was hurt – the department of natural disasters of the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg region informed.
