Shook hands and wished good luck – Volodymyr Zelensky met with the candidates from the “Servant of the People”

President of Ukraine is on his first visit to Uzhgorod. About half past one, his plane landed at the airport of the regional center. The president came to introduce the new head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Igor Bondarenko and held a meeting on problematic issues at the customs.  In the airport, Volodymyr Zelenskiy had a few minutes to talk with representatives of his party. In particular all 6 candidates from the "Servant of the People" in the region met him in the airport. The President greeted everyone with a handshake and wished them victory and fair competition at the election. Then, a meeting took place at the customs post "Uzhgorod", before which Volodymyr Zelensky officially introduced the new head of the region.
