Russian business is unhappy with Ukrainian fiscals

Russian companies have a complaint about the return of VAT, an inflation of customs fees and advance payments of value added tax. This was informed to ZN by the adviser, the head of the economic policy of the Russian Embassy in Ukraine Alexey Urin.

Investing a lot of money in the Ukrainian economy, Russian business naturally expects to get support and protection of the fiscal structures, the diplomat said. However, the working conditions of Russian companies and banks in Ukraine cannot be called easy.

Another problem is court decisions, refusing Russian credit institutions to meet their legal claims and taking the side of the unscrupulous debtors, said Elexei Urin. A common practice of judicial support for loan non-repayment to banks with the Russian capital, according to the expert, makes loans of Ukrainian companies more difficult and affects the economy in general".
