Rules of Transcarpathian hunting: what you should know at the start of the season

On August 1, the hunting season for birds began on the territory of the Transcarpathian region. Hunting for birds will last until December 31 of this year. The days of hunting are Saturday and Sunday (during daylight).

The list of species which can be hunted and the rules of hunting can be found in the message of the press service of the regional forestry department.

The documents that give the right to hunt are: hunter’s certificate, annual control card with a mark of the state duty paid, permission for hunting animals (license, shooting card), permission for the right to use firearms, passport for hunting dogs, other hunting animals and birds when the same are used during hunting. The absence of any of the listed documents, including the corresponding permission for the right to use firearms, is a violation of the hunting rules for which administrative liability is provided.
