Today, January 25, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal met in the fireplace room of the RSA with five MPs from Transcarpathia, who in 2016, made it possible to have 85,431,000 UAH allocated from the state budget of Ukraine to local budgets of Transcarpathian region. According to the press service of the RSA, every MP received from Hennadiy Moskal the highest award of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration – "For Merit to Transcarpathia" (unofficial name – "Golden Bear").
– Deputies Robert Horvat, Ivan Krulko, Mykhailo Lanyo, Valeriy Lunchenko, and Vasyl Petyovka represent various parliamentary factions, deputy groups or political parties, but they are united by patriotism and advocacy of Transcarpathia in the central government, especially in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine – Hennadiy Moskal said. – The total amount of additional funds provided for the region is comparable to the State Fund for Regional Development. I hope that the lobbying of the region’s interests will be an example for other MPs who represent Transcarpathia in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Robert Horvat is sure that this work will continue in the future. Moreover, it will be even more active provided effective reforms are implemented, the MP wrote on his page on Facebook: "Today, my colleagues and I met with the head of the region Hennadiy Moskal and summarized the year 2016. As a result of the joint work, we managed to have over UAH 85 million allocated for the socio-economic development of the region. I am sure that after the decentralization process Transcarpathia will be able to attract much greater resources. I was honored to receive the award "For Merit to Transcarpathia" ("Golden Bear"). I believe that together we will make Transcarpathia successful."
