Robert Horvat appealed to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy with the request to publish the agreement for the registration of family farms

People’s Deputy Robert Horvat sent a request to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.

The agreement on the registration of a family farm is necessary, in particular, for small producers of winemaking products, who wish to switch to the fourth group single tax. The MP said that on Monday, December 17, on the official Facebook page.

As stated in the request of the deputy, the Law of Ukraine No. 2497-VIII supplemented the Law of Ukraine "On Agriculture" with Article 81, which specifies the rules of the establishment and operation of a family farm without obtaining the status of a legal entity. Part 6 of Article 81 stipulates that the typical form of an agreement (declaration) on the establishment of a family farm shall be approved by the central executive body, which ensures the formation of a state agricultural policy.

At the same time, it is said that the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine failed to ensure the timely consideration and harmonization of the relevant draft normative legal acts with other central executive authorities, which hindered the implementation of the provisions of Law No. 2497-VIII.
