As we reported, in the regional center, on Dovzhenko street, the building of the jail has caught fire. Flames reached the top floor and attic of the central building.
Rescuers are working at the scene, and many people have gathered in front of the building. Traffic from the building of the school №3 to the building of the Security Service of Ukraine is blocked.
Eyewitnesses say that a special vehicle of the firefighters with a ladder could not quickly reach the burning building, because the driveway to it is too narrow and inconvenient.
