"I want to appeal to the deputies of our city! We all know that Vynogradiv is a resort town and tourists often come here, and one of the highlighs in our town in a deplorable state. I’m talking about the heart of our city, about our only fountain!!! It is, to put it mildly, in a terrible state. Is it really so difficult to repair the benches, clean the fountain, paint the curbs and weed the grass??? And the global question: it is almost the middle of summer, when will there be water in our fountain??? Please pay attention to the heart of our picturesque town!!!" – the post reads.
