Residents of Irshava district are already preparing for the “Hamora”

At the end of June, in the village of Lysychevo in Irshava district, the regional festival of blacksmith’s art and crafts "Hamora" will traditionally be held. The location of the event is the same – the Hamora water forge.

The preparations for the famous festival have already begun. The First Deputy Head of the Irshava District State Administration Ivan Moshkola reminded that according to the adopted anti-crisis decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, funding of such activities from the state and local budgets is prohibited. In previous years, the festival was financed from the budget, now they need to find patrons who would help with financing. Blacksmiths of ​​the district will be organized by the head of the Irshava district organization of the blacksmith union Victor Petrovka, and the Head of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the DSA Hanna Matiko together with the director of the District House of Culture Edita Tokar assured that they are going to engage a maximum number of district ensembles for the concert program.

According to the village head Yaroslav Palko, the state of the roads to the location of the festival still remain one of the most problematic issues. At present, in the "Hamora" forge, there is a stationary stage, appropriate lighting equipment for the concert program…
